1) A Hassle free policy...Return books to us for any reason
(or no reason). 2) Prompt notification upon receipt of your
return to our warehouse via email and your order status page.
3) Credit to your bank card within 24 hours of receiving your
books at our warehouse. 4) Flexible return dates;
Up to: 17 days from the order date 90% of book price (less
$4.75 handling per book) 24 days from the order date 80% of
book price (less $4.75 handling per book) 31 days from the
order date 70% of book price (less $4.75 handling per book)
All returns beyond 31 days receive the Buyback Price (If listed)
We must receive written notice of all claims, including, but
not limited to, nondelivery or misbeliever within 90 days
after the purchase.
All Books sold as "Old Editions" are Not Returnable
Return of any electronic products require prior approval and
must be in original packaging.
Not responsible for return shipping costs or postage on refused
packages.
Promotional discounts will be deducted from the credit amount
on all returns.
To ensure books are returned to our warehouse, please ship
using a mail service that can provide a tracking number or
delivery confirmation number (ie. UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service).
Retain the tracking number, as a proof of delivery, until
credit is issued.
